The Wicker Devil
A downloadable game
A lonely hunter alone in the woods holes up for an unexpected blizzard.
As night settles, the hunter hears labored breathing coming from the edge of the wood.
His windows won't latch shut. His generator is struggling. And his fire is slowly running out.
His only hope is to survive until morning.
Gameplay:
Keep the windows shut, keep the fire lit by collecting sticks outside, and fix the generator if it shuts down.
WASD - Move
E - Interact
Shift - Sprint
This game was made in under 24 hours as a game dev challenge for the youtube channel shawcat.

The monster in this game is EXTRA creepy, great job on the design! This made for an interesting playthrough to say the least. Second game in video btw!

This is such a difficult game, the main reason being you don't hear him behind you. great game though. it's the first game in the video.

Would be super excited to see this game be developed into more of a complete, full experience. As it is, I really enjoy the skulking around and somewhat silly tone of the creature. I'd like to see proper opening/win/death sequences also! But it's pretty fun for what we got esp considering the time limit!
